Play School!!

Well, The Sunflower Spot Daycare has officially closed (sigh; wipe away the tears). My sister was offered a job at TCT West, so therefore, she decided to shut 'er down. It is sad that we won't get to see those kids as much anymore. They are all so great! Thankfully, a lot of them are in Kyra's preschool class, so I will still get to see them from time to time. But there were a couple of 2 (almost 3 year olds) who I will really miss: my 2 favorite kids, Carson Thompson & Alec May, love you guys!!!

Anyway, I was able to confiscate all the great daycare stuff for my girls, including furniture, bookshelves, craft stuff, and lots of other goodies! My girls were just giddy with excitement because their favorite thing to do together is to play school and so when they saw all the stuff they get to use for their "classroom", they just about burst with joy!! They spent hours playing with everything after we set it all up in the toy room!

Crazy Times!

I am just updating everyone on my working status. My work for Hinckley James Inc. has slowed down quite a bit due to them not being able to keep as busy as they were. So, therefore, I have only been working part-time for them. I have been keeping busy other days by babysitting my great-niece, Addison, and yes, I have even resorted to housecleaning for a few relatives. You gotta do what you gotta do in these desperate times, and I think I have finally realized that.
I am going to be working for an internet company, as a customer service rep. starting Feb. 16. This is only a temporary position right now, but I am hoping to get on full-time soon.
I am not sure if I will like it or not, but it allows me to stay home with Kyra and for some of the work I can set my own hours, so it's flexible. I am hoping I can do it when the baby comes, but not sure if that will work out or not!
Keeping busy definitely makes this pregnancy go a lot faster!!
