Jaxon Eats Finger Food!

Just, recently, Jaxon has started eating little Gerber cheerio things by picking them up and putting them in his mouth. He loves them! Up to this point, he hasn't showed any interest in little pieces of food and would just play with them. We would have to place them in his mouth for him and a lot of times, he would just spit it back out because he wasn't too fond of little things in his mouth. He's making progress!

Tomato Plants

My tomato plants are now sprouting true leaves, so I have transplanted them into their own individual containers and have placed them in the downstairs windows. I hope they will grow well. Jaxon sat in his bumbo chair and watched me as I worked. I am not really sure what I am doing, but have found a website that kind of walks me through the process. So we will see how it goes!

Easter Wheat Grass

I found this fun idea for growing grass from wheat. It looked like fun and it will be ready just in time for Easter! The kids helped put the dirt in the basket and plant the wheat. We'll see if it works!

Jaxon's 1st Tooth!

I noticed Jaxon's first tooth on March 19. I was feeding him his lunch when I saw it peeking out! How exciting!

Tomato Plants

We have decided to do a garden this year, so I planted some different kinds of tomato seeds last Friday (12th). They are already starting to sprout!

ALMOST SPRING!

The weather has been beautiful lately, so we have gotten to play outside a lot more. Jaxon absolutely loves the outdoors! These are just some pictures of us enjoying it.

Tree Swing!

Last weekend, we decided to put a tree swing in our Russian Olive Tree out front. This is our most favorite tree (and really our only tree) in our yard. Dave trimmed a bunch of branches off of it a couple of weeks ago, so now it's perfect to swing from. The girls have had a fun time with it!
