April 23 - Service

Went over to a neighbor's yard tonight and helped pick up a bunch of sticks in their yard.  Donn and Kaye will soon be coming back from vacation time in Texas and we thought we would help them out a little.  We would have done more, but the wind came blowing through soon after we started.  We'll have to try to do some more another night!  The kids had fun doing it!  

 Of course, they had to climb the trees!  These were trees that used to be in our yard when we lived on this block as a young family way back when....

April 22 - Sunday Family Time

It was a really nice Sunday evening, so we spent time out in the backyard just goofing off.  Went on a bike ride and Jaxon wanted to wear his motorcycle helmet...

April 21 - Fire Pit

Dave bought some bricks in Billings the other day, and here we are setting up our fire pit.  Jaxon's being the big helper, as always!

Chillin Out!

April 16 - Jaxon dumped all of these crackers in the drawer from his tool desk, grabbed his chair and took a seat right in front of the TV to watch Dora.  Good times!

April 15 - New Dishwasher

Our 8 year old dishwasher finally kicked the dust.  It hasn't been cleaning the dishes at all.  It's probably been several months that we have been dealing with it.  We would have to run a few cycles on each load to get it even close to clean.  Even then, there would still be some dishes that wouldn't even get touched by water, so we had to wash them by hand. We finally gave in and bought a new dishwasher.  

 Before we could get it in, we had to wash all the dishes that were in the old one.  Jaxon had to help with this part...

 Yaaayy!  It will be so nice to have a working dishwasher again!

Contacts

Rylee wants to try out contacts, but she has been having a hard time getting them in.  She keeps blinking every time she touches her eye and it falls off.  I couldn't help but laugh at her.  She's so determined, but it's just not working.  Keep trying!
