Grandpa Hayes

Grandpa Hayes (Chuck) died last Friday (April 4).  We were able to go visit him on Sunday March 29 at the hospital in Billings.  Dave went back up on Thursday and was at the hospital when he died.  We had his funeral this past Friday, April 11.  We will miss him a lot!!!  He was the best Father in law anyone could ever ask for!  Love you Grandpa!!!!!

April 11 - Getting cement poured for front steps and garage sidewalk today!  

 All the kids were home today since it's Grandpa Hayes' funeral, so we had them put their hands in the cement...

 Went to Billings on Saturday, April 12 and ended up buying this dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench for around $1100.  We also bought a 70 inch TV at Best Buy.  No bar stools yet though!

We've been living in our house now for almost 2 weeks with no mirrors.  Hardest thing ever!  Ray has been in Utah since before we moved in and hasn't wanted to come back to finish things till the cement gets done so he can do the rock.  He finally got here today so hopefully we will get them soon!

Sleeping In His Own Bed!

April 8 - Jaxon slept the whole night in his bed!  I've been laying down with him till he falls asleep and then I sneak out.  Usually he will wake up during the night and come into our bed but last night, he never did!  

Home stuff

March 29 - Since we don't have TV, kids have to entertain themselves in other ways...

 First bath in the new house!!!!  It's actually a lot smaller than the tub we had in their old bathroom at our old house and definitely smaller than grandma's!!

 April 4 - The garage is getting better now that we've gotten a lot of things put away, but still have a ways to go!

 Starting to get the furniture arranged and some wall decor put up.  It's looking better!
