Dance Recital!

April 28, 2011  --  The girls had their 2nd dance recital tonight as part of the Lovell Dance Academy.   They did a great job! 

Kyra Lost Another Tooth!

April 28 - Kyra woke up this morning and noticed she had lost her tooth in bed the night before!  Luckily, she found it and put it in a cup...

She wrote out the label for it, which I thought was really cute...

April 25 - Last Day of Vacation!

It was beautiful this morning, so we spent a lot of time outdoors.  I was able to dig out a trench to put my flowers in along the front of our house.  Jaxon helped me.  The girls played out in the backyard.  Kyra went over to play with Addison for awhile at her house.  After we ate lunch, we layed Jaxon down for a nap and me and the girls sat down and watched "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1."  Soon Jaxon woke up and Kyra got home, and then after the movie, we went back outside.  It was getting windy and colder by then, but I managed to plant a few bulbs and my strawberry plant.  The girls pulled out their new kites and did that for awhile.  Jaxon watched and ran around and jumped on the tramp for awhile.  Grandma came over for a little while to watch them.  Later, we ate dinner, and then made popcorn and watched "Chronicles of Narnia", the third one.  Dave was here, but he layed down after work because he was not feeling well.  Then he went downstairs and watched TV.  We were supposed to go to the Hocker's for FHE, but Dave was sick, so we postponed.  Had a great day with my kids and a wonderful vacation!

Easter Dinner

On Sunday night, we came together yet again for dinner at my house.  After we got out of church, we immediately got to work.  We made rolls, a salad, and deviled eggs.  Mom brought the ham and potato salad.  Dad brought the baked beans, Autumn a salad, and Stacy brought dessert (carrot cake).

After dinner, we had an egg hunt for all of the kids.  Grandma and Miranda had come over earlier and hid a bunch of plastic eggs filled with candy.  Stacy got little toys for each one of them.

We also played a game of volleyball...

And we just had a great day together with the family!  Happy Easter!!!

Easter!

I had to wake the girls up this morning because at 6:30, they still weren't up yet.  I knew we needed time to do our Easter morning and go to Ann's for their egg hunt and also be able to get ready and make it to church on time.  Jaxon slept until after our egg hunt, then we woke him up and headed over to Ann's after we all got dressed and took pictures.  We made it to church at 11:00 in perfect time!
