May 1 - I bought about 100 petunia plants from the greenhouse in Lovell a week or so ago and decided it was finally warm enough to plant some of them in my pots. That way, if it got cold at night, I can still bring them inside.
These are the geraniums I kept alive in my basement all winter...
Jaxon hangin out at the sandbox while mom worked...

May 4: We went ahead and planted some things in the garden...while watering, Jaxon found a worm and just had to touch it! Eeeww!
We planted red and white onions and some peas...
A few days later or so, it was warm enough to plant petunias in my flower bed out front. I still found myself having to cover them some nights when the temperature got a little lower than I thought they could handle.
Love this time of year and can't wait to see how they turn out!!!!
