July 17-21
My sister's little 8 year old son, Hayden suffered a seizure and has been in the hospital for like 2 weeks now. He wasn't able to survive without life support, so they had to take him off. We ended up driving to Michigan on a Wednesday morning to attend his funeral. We drove 3 cars in a caravan; Josh & Aut and their fan in their truck; me, my mom ry, ky, and max in my car; stacy, miranda, kaitlyn and papa in another car. It took 28 hours of driving straight through to finally get there on Thursday morning. We were able to attend his viewing on Thursday night, and his funeral on friday. We headed back to Wyoming on Saturday morning and drove straight through to get home on Sunday around noonish. It was a fast and furious trip but I'm glad we were able to be there for them during this rough time. :(
We got to stay at a cabin that belongs to a friend of Sherrill's since her house was a little too crowded. The kids were so excited about this! It was a pretty nice cabin!
