Jaxon decided he wanted his training wheels off and taught himself to ride his bike...
Kaitlyn started off helping him keep the bike balanced while he rode, but then she had to leave, so he kept at it himself.
Kyra assisted a little bit, but eventually she quit to, but he kept going. He would fall over but keep getting right back up again over and over and over. He kept practicing how to get started by himself by pushing with a foot and using the other one to pedal and get going. It was hard but he kept trying and didn't give up till he got it...
I had to talk him into taking a break because it was super hot out and I worried about him overheating...
Eventually, he got the hang of it, pretty much entirely on his own and was able to throw his training wheels away...yaayyyy!!!!
There he goes!!! Great job Jaxon!!! He's our first kid whom Dave never even got a chance to work with on this. He was set on learning how to do it whether anyone helped him or not!!!!
He loves riding out in the weeds and dirt next to our house....
