New Years Celebration

We had a fun New Years except Dave disappeared in the middle of it (he went to Wes Townsends house cause it was his birthday and Ann and Schuyler were over there), without even telling me he was leaving.  Then Kaitlyn wanted to leave for awhile to go hang with friends at the Log Gym.  I said no for awhile but then finally relented and let her go over for an hour or so.  Makes me sad when we're not all together for stuff like this, but that's just another sign that my kids are getting older and priorities are changing :(  Still had a good night, but without Dave here and Josh Davison(he had to work), we tried to play spoons, but it just wasn't as much fun.  Alan slept for most of the party and Josh and Stacey only stayed for a short while since they just got back from their weeklong vacation in California tonight.  Here's to a New Year and hopefully and happy and healthy one!!!

Food all ready to go...

 Autumn made this wall decor..lol!!

 A potty light!!!

A public toilet survival kit!!  Just what you need Jax!!  Ha Ha!!

Makers got the extendable fork to help you eat off other people's plates!!
Of course, we need the Josh picture.  He posed for this one, so funny!!
Kyra thought she got a can of jelly beans....
but to her surprise, she got 2 snakes jumping out of the can when she opened it!!
Stacy needs a few more mustaches :)
And of course, Zoey loved her Obama toilet paper, though I think her mom appreciated it a little more, ha ha!!

 Nice hat Rylee!!
Jaxon traded his toilet kit to Stacy for the mustaches...nice choice Jax!!  When took this off, the sticky part actually separated form the mustache and still stuck to his face.  He couldn't get it off without wetting it!
 Nice reading material Hailey...

 Just Dance competition...
 Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Scary Movie Night

I made Kaitlyn and Rylee stay home with me tonight to watch a scary movie.  We first watched a movie called "Dreamhouse" but it wasn't scary at all, so then we watched "The Ring".  The girls had never seen it before and it freaked them out!  They were so scared after, that they wanted to watch this crayon show on Netflix to cheer them up!

Here they are, cozying up to each other to stay safe...
They also had to sleep together in Kaitlyn's bed that night.  So funny!  I tried to scare them after they went to bed by scratching on their door.  They knew it was me, but they still wouldn't open the door.  Lol!!! :)  I had a lot of fun just hanging out with my older girls, just wish we could do this more often!!

Swimming!

Took the these 3 to Lovell to go swimming this afternoon for something to do.  They had fun but didn't last more than an hour since they said the water was too cold!

Powder Puff Fball Game

Forgot to post these pics from Homecoming when Kaitlyn played in the powder puff football game and Dave coached it.  Fun to watch!

Kyra and her Furby

I wanted to post these pictures Kyra took of herself before she gave her Furby away.  Kaitlyn was going to an FBLA Christmas party a couple weeks ago where everyone was bringing gifts to wrap for a needy family in the area.  When Kyra heard of this, she went in her room and came out with her Furby, all nestled back in it's box.  She wanted to give her Furby to the little 4 year old girl in this family.   Awww, that brought tears to my eyes!  She had just gotten this Furby a year ago for Christmas and she has always had a sentimental connection with her belongings, so for her to want to do this, I think is so amazing!!  She even included a little note inside the box asking the little girl to please take care of this Furby for her, also explaining the name of it was De-toh.  So sweet!!!
