I wasn't going to do neighbor gifts this year, but then decided to just do fudge. I made chocolate and peanut butter fudge and then experimented with making divinity and it actually turned out really good, so I included a little bit of that too! The kids helped me deliver them tonight before we went to the Stake Christmas Choir Concert.
