I ended up making about 6 pumpkin, 8 chocolate, 2 cherry, 2 apple, and 4 coconut cream pies this year. Way too many!!! We had a lot left over! I actually had an accident with one of my cherry pies, when I went to lift a pie off the cooling rack which made the pie on the other end flip over and land upside down on the floor. I almost cried and then Dave saved the day by running down to Lovell and buying me more cherry pie filling so I could make another one. Phew!! This was super exhausting and I may have overworked my double oven because since that day, the top oven hasn't been heating up to the temperature I set it too, so it's not cooking things as fast as it should. Bummer!!
