September 24-26 Denver Trip

Jaxon had a game in Shoshoni at noon this Saturday, so we planned on going to his game on our way to Denver.  Jaxon rode the bus and was about 30 minutes ahead of us when we got to the entrance to the Wind River Canyon.  The bus made it through but we got stopped because of an accident in the canyon.  I knew it wasn't the bus cause I could see Jax on Life 360, so that was a relief.  We ended up being stuck in Thermopolis for an hour or so.  We were fortunate to be able to watch the 3rd and 4th graders play in a football game they just happened to be in that day.  Ryker was playing so we watched his game.  By the end of it, the canyon had opened up and we made it through.  Got to Shoshoni with about 20 seconds left in Jaxon's game, picked him up and was on our way to Denver once again.  

We made it around 7 or 8pm and ordered Papa Murphy's Pizza.

Hotel breakfast....The Broncos game wasn't till 6:20pm Sunday night, so we spent the day at the hotel till we left around 2:30.  We stayed in Loveland, so we had to drive about an hour to get to Denver.

Explored the grounds of the hotel and played some cards....

Super fun trip!!! The weather was beautiful and we had a great time!!!  Broncos played San Francisco and they won too!!  Best Broncos game we've come to!!
