The day before we left for Utah, I went into Afib this morning after I woke up to go to work at 4am. Kardia said possible afib. Took metoprolol, drank cold water, splashed face with cold water and ddi deep breathing. I could feel my heart going flip flop. 10 minutes later, I was in normal rhythm again but my blood pressure was still high at 120/90 at 4:42am. Didn't drink much water yesterday cause after I got off work, me and Jax went to Billings and I only got like 5 hours sleep last night. Ughh....
