Campout!

May 28 - After we got back from 4 wheeling, the weather was so nice that we decided to put up the tent in the backyard and have a campout.  We built a fire and roasted weenies and smores.  Then we played games in the tent until 10:30pm.  It started to get really cold and windy by then, so we went in the house to sleep.  On Sunday afternoon, we went back out to the tent and played more games while it rained outside.  We had to leave it up until Tuesday morning because it rained all weekend after we put it up and it was wet and cold.  Had a great time!

                                                                                

                                                                               

Jumpin On the Tramp

May 28 - Jaxon loves to jump on the tramp.  These are some pics of him goofing off on and under the tramp...

4 Wheeling!

May 28 - Today was Saturday and we had no plans, and the weather was decent, so we decided to go 4 wheeling out in the hills between Cowley and Byron.  When we first started, it was cloudy and looked like it would storm.  Well, we got a few rain drops, but it quickly passed and the sun came out.  It turned out to be a beautiful day!  The girls rode the little 4 wheeler and me, Jax and Dave rode the big one.  Had a great, relaxing time!

Jaxon and His Toys

Lately, Jaxon has been quite obsessed with his phone and his bike.  He will pull his phone around or ride his bike for a long time and doesn't want to be bothered.  He walks his phone all the way around the house and his bike around the garage.  If I try to distract him or ask him to do anything else, he just yells at me and says "no".   One time, he got so mad at me, he chased me down so I would go away!

Escape!

Yesterday, I brought Jaxon from outside, kicking and screaming, to lay him down for a nap.  He didn't want to lay down, but I knew he was tired and if he didn't take one now, he would fall asleep later and then be up all night.  He was so mad at me, so after I laid him down, I left the room and then I heard a "boom".  Soon after, Jaxon came walking out.  He had crawled out of his crib for the first time ever!  Then, this morning he crawled out at 6:30am.  I was laying on the couch because I was working and I lay out there between calls.  I heard a "boom" and ran back there to find Jaxon out of his crib.  I put him back in and then took a picture to show how he does it.   The next day, I pushed his diaper table against the side of the crib to keep him in there and prevent him from hurting himself.  Little stinker!

Ow!

May 26 - Rylee was showing me how she could almost do a back over, but when she landed on her hands, she tweaked her wrist somehow and really hurt it.  Miranda was here at the time and the girls wanted to watch the Justin Bieber movie, so we started watching it till Stacy came over to look at it.  She put a splint on it and said to monitor it, and if it gets worse, to take her in for an x-ray.  By this time, it was after 10pm and tomorrow I had to be in Billings by 10:30 am, so we couldn't take her in unless she stayed home and Dave got off early to take her to the Dr.  She wanted to go to Billings with me the next day, and she seemed to feel a little better, though still sore, so we will wait till Tuesday and see how she's doing by then.

T-Ball and Friendships!

May 25 - My niece, Zoey is in t-ball this year, so we attended one of her games for the first time.  Good job Zoey!
