January 27, 2013 - This year we've decided as a family, to begin a family fitness challenge. Every Tues. and Thurs. nights we do Zumba or some other kind of workout. Then every week when we get together for dinner, we do sit-ups, pushups, planks, etc. to test ourselves and we try to beat our goal each week and improve a little bit more each time. Stacy made charts to keep track of our progress. It's been fun so far!! I hope we can keep it up!
