Early flight! Hungry cause didn't eat breakfast, but nothing was open so had to settle for vending machine food.
And we're off!!
We found our rental!!
It's a ginormous traveling van! Sherrill picked it out when we were planning on 14 people coming and since then, half dropped out, so we didn't really need this big of a vehicle, but here we are! Nobody else wants to drive, so I'm stuck with that job...ughhh! Stacy volunteered to be the navigator.
Our home for the next week!!

I let everyone else pick their bedrooms before us and we saved the last one for Josh and Kaitlyn, so me and Jax had a choice between the Spiderman room or the princess room...guess which one we picked!

2nd DAY: Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom!!
We weren't able to find Disney Springs (apparently it's not within walking distance like we thought, you have to drive there) to pickup mom's scooter rental, so we rented one here for today. Lot easier for mom to get around!

Made it back to Hollywood Studios to get on the Rise of the Resistance ride. It's been full all day and couldn't get genie plus for it, so we hit it tonight with almost no waiting time!! So fun!!!

Beach Day!!!
We drove up towards Tampa Bay to go to Clearwater Beach. It was about an hour and a half away, but we couldn't go to Cocoa Beach because there was a tropical storm warning towards that way. A little scary driving there cause of the traffic and once we got there, we drove around a bit struggling to find a place to park because a lot of the public parking was in parking garages and we had a high clearance on our vehicle, so it wouldn't fit! So stressful! Finally found a spot and had to walk to the beach from there. When we were just yards from the sand, mom caught her foot on the sidewalk and fell and hit her head. We helped her back up and she wanted to go to the car because she was embarrassed. I knew that would ruin the whole day because we would feel like we need to leave and after it taking half a day to get here, and knowing this was the one day she had been most excited for, I told her we could go sit down and see how she feels first and then go from there. Stacy ran to CVS and got a first aid kit. We talked her into going to the beach and sitting under a shelter so we could clean her up. She insisted she was fine so we didn't call or take her in to get checked. It ended up being a really fun day....mom chilled while kids played in sand and swam. Thankful we didn't leave and was able to salvage what was left of the day.
Afterwards, we went back to house and relaxed the rest of the night....
4th day: Universal Studios! Mom made the decision to stay at the house today so recover and not hold us back...made me sad but she was looking forward to just relaxing.

5th day: Sea World! Mom again decided to stay at the house and Josh also stayed there because he wasn't feeling good.
While Stacy, Kyra and Kaitlyn rode the roller coasters, me and Jax had our own fun....
All came back together to attend the whale show...

We ended up getting an offer to catch a later flight and be diverted to Salt Lake since the flight we were on was over booked. They paid us each $500 to do it, so we did! Stacy just wanted to get home, so she turned it down and went off on her own. Mom and Kyra got first class seats (I let them have them since it's Kyra's trip and mom has been through heck and back!) Jax was mad he couldn't sit there, but all is well!!
