February 18 - Celebrated Kyra's bday with some rice bowls. She's obsessed with the rice bowl place in Billings called Five on Black, so she wanted to recreate their rice bowls for dinner. I have never had a rice bowl, nor ever made them. She had a friend who has made them before and got a little description from her on how her mom made them, but we basically had to wing it. I was so worried on how they would turn out but ended up getting lots of compliments and everyone saying how good they are and that I need to make them again another time. Phew! She also wanted Krispy Kreme donuts for dessert but Kaitlyn and Josh weren't able to come to Jaxon's tournament yesterday and they were going to bring a bunch of donuts down with them, but since they didn't make it, we ended up just making Texas sheet cake which is yummy as always. After dinner, Kyra headed to Billings to spend a girls night with her sisters and stay the night at Rylee's and then have a fun day tomorrow with them since none of them have to work because it's Presidents Day.
