SO, after practicing and lifting all summer with the football team and going to the first practice, Jaxon came home feeling defeated and just over football. He's been trying to decide all summer if he even wants to do it, but seemed to just go along with it cause everyone was expecting him to. Well, he just hit his final breaking point after starting two a days and throwing up and just completely miserable because he doesn't want to go through this torture if he doesn't even want to or will even play very much in the long run. So, right after that, we reached out to Dane Robertson who is the Lovell golf coach and asked about him joining the team. They've already been practicing a week at this point but he said he could definitely join. He might not be able to play in any tournaments, but he can practice with the team. So he started and he loves it! It's hard when he doesn't have any friends playing with him but we're hoping he'll make friends on the team and feel more comfortable. We'll miss watching him play football, but this is definitely more his speed. And he did end up being able to play in one 2 day tournament in Thermopolis. It will be fun watching him grow in the next few years!!! He hates wearing the Bulldog gear though and refuses to be called one :) We'll see if that changes later on....
