Healthy Eating

I published this on July 5th and have lost 20 lbs since January.  Small changes like eating more fruits and veggies, not as much sugar, mostly cutting out breads and pastas, and moderating what I eat.  Trying to lift weights 15 minutes a day and walking on treadmill for 30 minutes....usually 3-4 days a week.  Not very good on the weekends.  Healthier popcorn made with coconut oil and mineral salt and butter spray.  Started to get more serious about eating back in February when my heart started having episodes again and experiencing afib on April 23 again.  Also drinking lots more water....usually between 120-160oz per day.  I refill my 40oz 3 or 4 times.  Lots of chicken and salad...this one here was an idea from Kyra...it's one of her favorites!  Caesar salad with chicken chunks.  I added tomato and avocado.
