Cleaning Out Mom's Garage, Closets, Rooms and Adding Shelves in Garage

Mom is always complaining of how she needs to get things cleaned up and organized around her house but she never does anything about it, so I helped her tackle some rooms, shelves, closets , and garage to get things in order.  We were going to have a garage sale, but with Sherrill's news of colon cancer and other things happening, we decided to not deal with it.  Mom wasn't really looking forward to doing it anyway, so I decided to not worry about it.  Had to push her to throw things away, including piles and piles of Ensigns, New Era's and Friend magazines that were never going to get read and a lot hadn't even been opened.  Also, many video cassettes from years of collecting that she never watches.  Dave built shelves, a work bench and installed board to hang tools on in the garage.  Things were so much better by the end of it and I was thankful to be able to help my mom declutter her life!  She also loves having a work bench in the garage to do things on!
